I. Consultation
We will meet with you and discuss your company. Where you have been, where you are, and where you are going is important in determining your specific Website needs. Short and Long term business goals will be discussed. Together we will determine what information should be included on your Website. At this stage, we also will outline the schedule and budget.

II. Site Creation
Once the content is determined and the schedule set, the site-building process will begin. At this time we will need relevant information and graphics to be provided by the company. Color schemes, branding, content and original graphics will be built into the site. Your Web Producer will consult with you to make sure the site is progressing in the correct direction. We will also be testing the functionality and download speed of your website. Any database connectivity will be tested.

III. Site Launch
The site is published on the web. We will meet and decide if there needs to be any changes to the initial design.

IV. Search Engines and Followup
We will submit your site to all major search engines. "Keywords" and "Description" will be programmed into the site. During the first month we will monitor search engine results and change "Keywords" if needed. Webstats will be watched closely. Adjustments, if needed, will be made.
